Project: The World Happiness Report

The World Happiness Report Project analyzes the happiness scores across the globe, and visualizes the trend involved throughout the years of 2005 to 2021. The primary goal is to show the overall trend as well as in-depth analysis by studying South Korea's scores. Additionally, a regression analysis is performed to see if we can predict a nation's score with variables given.

The data is collected from The World Happiness Report - a publication of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network, powered by the Gallup World Poll data. The data for South Koera's case study is collected from OECD Official. Both the data has been cleaned and preprocessed prior to the creation of the visualizations.

Some research questions for the project are as follows.
(1) "What are the overall trends in happiness score from 2005-2021?"
(2) "Why is South Korea's happiness score low despite their expotential economic growth?"
(3) "What are some highly correlated variables with the happines score?"
